Helloooo! I’m Sandy . . .
a fitness coach + former firefighter + lover of lifting, cycling, running and a BIG fan of helping others unlock their own strength.
Allow me to introduce myself. It all started on October 31st, 1980 in a hospital in Mexico City. I came screaming into this world 2 months early, weighing in at a whopping TWO POUNDS (aka 2LBZ). My bio-mom, sadly, lost her battle with cancer & died just days after I was born. Though sad at face value, this truly is a story of victory. She was a fiery badass who wanted the chance to bring me into this world—healthy & happy. She did exactly that. Now, it’s up to me to live this gift of a life to the absolute fullest & help as many others as I can to do the same.
I started this adventure with pretty big odds stacked against me but every challenge I’ve faced & overcome along the way made me stronger, more confident, & more capable. My passion & the reason behind my creation of The 2LBZ Fitness Project is to help others unlock their own boundless strength & confidence no matter what challenges they face. Wanna build strength?
